NEET PG Round 1 Counselling Results Withdrawn by MCC

Medical Counselling Committee has notified that the provisional results for round 1 of pg counseling declared on September 27 will be withdrawn. The move is taken because some medical institutes haven’t filled the address profile in the portal, and this has caused inconvenience in the portal when eligible students couldn’t find their seats despite applying the state filter. As a result, confusion arose when students eligible for choice filling seats in the matrix didn’t find their names in the institutes.

After several reports from students, MCC decided to issue a fresh result of choice filling for round 1 again after the issue was solved. The board has assured the eligible candidates who have already exercised their choices not to worry since their choices are stored and will be auto-filled after the fresh filling starts by the software. Candidates who wish to make fresh choices and change their options will be allowed to make the changes after the notice from MCC.

Candidates are asked to follow the website of MCC for any further notifications and updates. The fresh schedule for choice filling for round 1 is from September 28 to September 30. Choice locking starts at 3 p.m. on September 29. Seat processing begins on September 30. Provisional and final results will be declared on September 30. Reporting at the respective institutes is from October 1 and continues till 5. P.m. Of October 7. Meanwhile, MCC requested candidates not to arrange for immediate traveling to register in institutes until the final results are confirmed.
